Hi, I am a respectable single mother of 3 children on long term disability looking to rent a 3 or 4 bedroom house in the Dudley, Bilston, Brierley Hill and Kingswinford areas, although open to other areas. I am in receipt of housing benefit which would be paid direct to yourselves should you prefer. I am looking to rent long term, years rather than months. I am happy to decorate, maintain gardens and be responsible for minor repairs etc. I am very easy going, pleasant and sociable. I am 44 so long past partying !! Quiet and considerate with well mannered and respectful school age children. I have one adult, well behaved and expertly trained neutered adult Dalmation and one clean and trained senior 3 legged cat. I am open, honest and keep a clean and tidy home. I need to move asap because my current landlord has 'disappeared' and the house I live in is soon to be repossessed. I have little in the way of deposit, because my deposit disappeared with my landlord, but I can offer an ammount with perhaps weekly payments or if I could pay the deposit in 2 halves? I may also be eligable for help through the tenant deposit scheme.
